How to change the flap switch to SB, Slow the Flap movement and add Voice feedback on a Radiomaster TX16s

Start

  • Power on the Transmitter
  • Press the MDL selected
  • Select the Model to add an Slow Flaps

Change to Three position switch

  • Press Page> Twice for the Mixes page
  • Scroll down to Ch6 (Flaps), press the Scroll Wheel
  • Select Edit and press the Scroll Wheel again
  • Scroll down to Source, press Scroll Wheel
  • Change SA to SB, press the Scroll Wheel

Slow flap movement

  • Scroll down to the Cog sign, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Scroll down to the Slow up, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Change the setting to 2.5s (2.5 seconds to move), press the Scroll Wheel
  • Scroll down to Slow down then press the Scroll Wheel
  • Change the setting to 2.5s (2.5 seconds to move), press the Scroll Wheel
  • Press RTN three times to Exit

The flaps will now take 2.5 seconds to move to the selected position.

Add Voice Feedback Flaps Up

  • Press the Page> button Four times, the Special Functions page should be displayed
  • Scroll down to an empty line, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Select New, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Select SF4, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Scroll to Trigger, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Select SB↑, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Scroll to Function, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Scroll right to Play Track, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Scroll to Value, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Select flapup, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Scroll to Enable, press the Scroll Wheel

The transmitter will say Flaps Up

  • Press RTN

Add Voice Feedback Flaps Middle

  • Press and Hold the Scroll Wheel
  • Select Copy, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Scroll down to the + sign, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Select Paste, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Select SF5, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Press the Scroll Wheel, select Edit, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Scroll to Trigger, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Change SB↑ to SB-, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Scroll Value, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Change flapup to flapmd, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Press RTN

Add Voice Feedback Flaps Down

  • Press and Hold the Scroll Wheel
  • Select Paste, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Select SF6, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Press the Scroll Wheel, select Edit, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Scroll to Trigger, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Change SB↑ to SB↓, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Scroll Value, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Change flapup to flapdn, press the Scroll Wheel
  • Press RTN twice to exit

When you move the Flap switch away from you the transmitter will say Flaps Up, move to centre position it will say Flaps Middle,  move toward you it will say Flaps Down
